Let’s start with the basics:

Shipping = Delivery

For the time being, we will not be shipping nationally until all pandemic restrictions have been lifted as directed by the CDC. Until then, deliveries can be made in New York City. Please contact me for delivery outside of New York City that is still in New York State.

In Stock and Out of Stock

For the most part, this simply states my capacity to make pie in a day or week. It means I have the ingredients, time and storage to get quality pie to you quickly and safely.

Allen is the maker, the baker, and the delivery taker. Only one person touches your product before it gets to you. I don’t have third-party delivery services or employees. I’ll bake your pies, take your orders, and deliver it to you.

Customers will receive email notifications to schedule a delivery window. Text messaging will be used to coordinate the delivery. Deliveries typically happen Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

It is preferred that the customer be present at time of delivery. We do not enter apartments, homes, or other residential buildings. Residential customers must meet for deliveries curbside. If this is not possible, please leave contact information in the notes section at checkout.
