The Story
Dessert is a treat; a reward, a temporary escape from the day -to-day. Much of the recipes and pies that exist give way to shelf life, ease of preparation, and consistent appearance, not consistent flavor. After taking a deeper dive into making an Apple Pie I discovered much about the ingredients, such as True Ceylon Cinnamon (above). I decided to put flavor first. It’s much harder to make, but for over 20 years I’ve been making the most delicious pies for friends and family. Now, you can enjoy.
The Pie
A 3.5 inch mini deep dish pie made in New York City. Granny Smith Apples and True (Ceylon) Cinnamon for the Apple Pies. Plump, juicy, Blueberries for the Blueberry Pie. Both are made with an all-butter crust. I also have a vegan option for both, made with a non-soy vegan butter. These are perfect for any occasion. Eat them warm with a nice cup of cold milk or ice cream. Or have it chilled with a hot cup of coffee. Either way, you are in for a treat!

Apple and Blueberry Pies are always available with traditional and also vegan crust. We have seasonal flavors that include Cherry and Peach.
